At Putnams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
